Bills to the paisa
A bill, the Khata and Retriever Desk show the same total, to the paisa. Your PAN prints on your bills, and a VAT-registered shop's bill is a Tax Invoice.

Pro is the shop software
The counter, khata, tickets, bookings and the kitchen TV are the tools that replace a register. Those are what Pro charges for. Zuno, the one that answers at 9pm when there is nobody to ask, comes with them.
You are never billed first
A new shop opens on Pro with no card. The price is the same for every shop, and you only pay when you say yes.

What does Pro cost?
NPR 3,000 a month, or NPR 2,500 a month on the annual plan, billed at NPR 30,000 with two months free. Every new shop opens on Pro free for 7 days. After that, please upgrade to Pro to keep using Retriever.
How do I pay?
Open Plan & billing in your shop and choose Pro or Pro Annual. Checkout opens a Fonepay code for that plan. The payment goes to Retriever Labs, the company behind Retriever. It is one payment for the month or the year. Nothing renews unless you buy again, and you are never charged without saying yes.
Can I get a refund?
A monthly payment can be refunded within 7 days of paying. An annual payment can be refunded within 30 days. After that you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. The full rules are on the Refunds page.
Is a domain included?
No. You buy it (a .com is from about NPR 1,550 a year; a .com.np can be free if it matches your business name). Retriever connects it and adds the padlock.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. A plan ends when the period you paid for ends, unless you buy again. Within the refund window you can ask for that payment back. After it, stopping early does not refund the days left. Nothing you have made is deleted.
