What Pro costs and how to turn it on

Retriever is Pro. The tools you run the counter and the back office with are what you pay for.

The price

• NPR 3,000 a month, per shop, billed monthly.
• NPR 30,000 a year, which works out at NPR 2,500 a month, so two months free.
• Retriever Complete, Rs 49,999 for the first year. The tablet, the printer and the stand, set up as one counter. The hardware is yours to keep, and Retriever Pro is included for that year. After it, renew Pro at the usual price. This is not another software subscription.
• No commission. Customers pay you directly and the money never touches Retriever, so what you sell is entirely yours.

The year's saving is worked out from the month and the year and said as a percent: the pricing page wears it as a tag on the annual card, and Plan & billing says it on that card. It is arithmetic, not a slogan, so if the prices ever change and the year stops saving anything, the claim is dropped rather than fudged.

What happens when Pro ends

The dashboard locks and asks you to upgrade to Pro to keep using Retriever. Nothing you have made is deleted. Your shop link stays published. Subscribe and every tab comes back as you left it.

How to turn it on

Open your account menu and choose Plan & billing. It opens that section inside Settings. You can also reach it under Money in the Settings list.

Current plan names the plan this shop is on. Expiry date shows when its recorded cover ends. If no date is recorded, the page says so. There is no automatic charge.

Press Choose a plan (under Manage subscription it says Add more time if you are already on Pro). It opens one screen: your current plan on the left, and Free and Pro side by side. At the top, pick Monthly or Yearly.

• Monthly is Pro for one month, with Zuno. Press Continue with Pro to open checkout.
• Yearly is Pro Annual, the year, for less than twelve months of Pro. Press Continue with Pro Annual: the same checkout, for the year.
• Already on Pro? On your own term the button says Add more time. Back leaves the screen without paying.
• Need hardware? The counter-setup page explains Retriever Complete, the separate kit at Rs 49,999. Ask about availability and delivery there. It is not a software renewal.

Checkout opens a Fonepay code for the plan you chose. Any bank or wallet can scan it. The payment goes to Retriever Labs, the company behind Retriever. When Fonepay confirms it, the time is added. Paying before the current date ends adds to it, so renewing early never loses you days. There is no international card to find, and nothing renews unless you buy again.

A monthly payment can be refunded within 7 days of paying, and an annual payment within 30 days. Email support@pasal.studio and name the shop. After that you keep Pro until the date you paid through, and the days left are not refunded. The same rules are on the Refunds page.

If the page says Fonepay received the payment but could not switch Pro on, it offers WhatsApp for the transaction number. That is the exception. The ordinary way is the code on the checkout page.

Checking what you are on

Plan & billing is the page. The card at the top names the plan and the date it is paid until. The shop name in the left menu says Retriever Pro or Retriever Annual, the same fact. There is no countdown anywhere else, so if you are near the end of your 7 days this is the screen to look at.
