What Retriever can do for your shop

Explore selling, events, stock, customers, your shop website and business records, including features you can switch on later.

Retriever combines a shop website with a dashboard for everyday selling and records. Your shop type chooses the starting tools. A feature that is off is still part of Retriever: open Settings → Apps to install it or see any plan requirement. A staff login may need the owner to change setup.

  • Selling: products, photos, highlights, sizes and colours, stock, barcodes and individual serial numbers; the counter, table bills, dine-in QR ordering, discounts and receipts.
  • Events and appointments: dated events, ticket types, capacity, ticket QR codes and door scanning; bookings and delivery options are under Settings → Orders and delivery.
  • People and repeat visits: customer history, loyalty, Khata credit, returns and exchanges, repair jobs, staff access and payslips.
  • Your online shop: templates and preview in Design, product layout and stock visibility, your link and QR codes, domains, contact details, policies and about page.
  • Marketing: Google review setup and QR posters, the customer-screen review prompt after payment, optional review emails, customer email and WhatsApp links, photos and promo codes.
  • Books: Sales, costs and profit, Visitors and sales, Accountant exports, Paid out, the Ledger job book, and the owner-only Suppliers book. Backups are under Settings. Zuno reads the guides and permitted shop figures; it does not make changes for you.
  • Your preferences: account name and cartoon avatar, password, notifications, language, colour and text size; Plan & billing is in the same Settings window.

Some tools need Pro or an enabled feature, and staff only open pages their access permits. Retriever's IRD approval is pending; live IRD submission is unavailable. Keep the ordinary receipt and tax-record workflow separate from approval. Physical printing and device behavior depend on the connected setup.
